[fuse-discuss] fixes for ntfs-3g and fusermount as root - review please

It didn't work on Build 76 :( I downloaded the latest bits and tried mounting 6 different NTFS partitions, which can all be validly mounted under Linux (and of course Windows). Various errors occur -- certain (valid NTFS) partitions are detected by ntfs-3g as not even being NTFS partitions; others supply this cryptic error, indicating that ntfs-3g successfully made some calls but aborted:
# ntfs-3g /dev/rdsk/c2t0d0p1 /mnt/winc/
ntfs_attr_pread: ntfs_pread failed: Invalid argument
Failed to read NTFS $Bitmap: Invalid argument
Maybe I do need Build 77 after all... the download/wipe/install/setup process will take a few days, so I won't have feedback to you for a while. Bit of a family emergency that came up will delay me a bit more. Look for a reply next week with my results...
Thanks,
Sean
