It's quiet because no-one (as far as I am aware) is working on
it :( I've got some patches floating around locally which need clean-up
and further work which I'd like to commit at some stage but
unfortunately I'm rather busy with my day job.

Haven't tried it. Best thing to do is give it a go and let us know if
you run into problems!
