[g11n-ko-discuss] New Korean language group leader

Hello everyone,

I'm very happy to announce that Mr. Jay Lee (a.k.a. eggboy login id)
has agreed to be the Korean language group leader and so I updated
the Korean group web page and also added him as a leader of the community at
the leader's list:

Thanks very much once again, Jay, for your participation and also volunteering
to be the leader! With your leadership, I think we will be able to not only
