Jim, thanks for your help, but don't you think the SCA process is rather complex for someone *not* in the United States? Yeah, I know it's all legal stuff that no one wants to do, but still. For certain minor stuff I'd think specifying CC by-sa should be good enough.

Anyway, just a small rant. I'm Stateside, so I'll send in my hard copy via mail.
