[g11n-notify] missing directory entry /usr/lib/locale/cz/$MACH64

Hi Jenda,

Could you please verify this?

The problem detected was directory entry "/usr/lib/locale/cz/$MAC64" was
missing. But I found in the hg log that "cz" was renamed as "cs" in
prototype-lang-cs-extra, so I made the i386/sparc prototypes to align
with it.
