[g11n-test-group] slovak-qwerty kbd layout

Hello.

There is one thing I'd wish to be integrated into OpenSolaris input methods.
As I use English keyboard layout most of the time, I'm quite used to it.
However, there are situations when I have to use Slovak diactitics and 
switch to Slovak kbd layout (which is qwertz). 

Because of this, I would prefer kind of special "Slovak-qwerty" variant (something
like czech_qwerty, which already exists and can be chosen via gimlet).
