Ashok,
Belenix/Schillix are LiveCD's . I know belenix has a utility
hdinstaller to install on harddisk

Solaris Express is latest Solaris available you can install an try it out..
Before attempting it I would recommend to dry-run Belenix just to make sure
the hardware is supported and then you decided to go for full "Solaris
Express DVD" install or "Belenix" install.
