Hi,
I'm trying to build perl under SNV 54 and I'm unable to complete this
simple task.
I'm testing http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/gentoo-alt/ and as part of
the work I've to build perl.
The error I'm getting is:

`sh cflags "optimize='-I/opt/gentoo/usr/include'" perlio.o` -fPIC perlio.c
          CCCMD =  i386-pc-solaris2.11-gcc -DPERL_CORE -c
-fno-strict-aliasing -pipe -Wdeclaration-after-statement
-D_LARGEFILE_SOURCE -D_FILE_OFFSET_BITS=64 -DPERL_USE_SAFE_PUTENV
-I/opt/gentoo/usr/include -Wall
perlio.c: In function 'PerlIOStdio_invalidate_fileno':
perlio.c:2899: error: 'FILE' has no member named '_file'
gmake: *** [perlio.o] Error 1

GCC I'm using is:
Using built-in specs.
Target: i386-pc-solaris2.11
Configured with:
/opt/gentoo/var/tmp/portage/sys-devel/gcc-4.1.2/work/gcc-4.1.2/configure

--enable-threads=posix --with-local-prefix=/opt/gentoo/usr
--with-gnu-ld
Thread model: posix
gcc version 4.1.2 (Gentoo 4.1.2)

GCC should not be the issue 'cause I also tried with different
combinations of GCC and LD without any succes.

In a previous attempt, with SNV 32, I was able to build it without so
much troubles.

Can someone help me?
Thanks.
