Hi msl,

since this feature got introduced with the first patch train for SC 3.2, 
did you install the corresponding 3.2 patches (especially the core 
patch) after installing the packages via the JES installer, but before 
calling scinstall?

Since you do not mention if you use sparc or x86, find a list of Patches 
for each platform at
