Hello there!

I found a workaround for my problem, but I ran into new problems! ;-)

After I played around with die Host Side Parameters of the RAID Array (Infortrend S12S-R1032)  I found the option "Peripheral Device Type". There you can set the kind of Device Type Solaris will "see". I changed it from "Enclosure Services Device (0xD)" to "Direct-access Device (0x0)".

The Issue that Solaris was freezing on accessing the LUNs on the RAID array is gone, but I'm experiencing a really slow write speed. 

Other options on the device type are:
- No Device Present (I guess this is not right! ;-))
- Sequential-access Device
- Processor Device
- CD-ROM Device
- Scanner Device
- MO Device
- Storage Array Controller Device
- Unknown Device

Any ideas on that? Thanks!
