The first distro will be a developer preview release to show how all the
tools and systems work together. This will be a single machine install
which is mainly for demonstration of how all the components work
together. The stack install will install and configure all components
made as easy as possible for the installer. First Preview ~ 2 months
Components to be included in first Preview
--------------------------------------------
Development Components
Sunstudio and Netbeans (Provides C/C++, fortran and Java compilers,
debuggers, etc)
We are currently looking at a netbeans pluggin module to provide
integrated MPI development within the Sunstudio/Netbeans IDE.
HPC clustertools
Grid Engine

Are there other tools/programs you would like to see included? This is
everyones chance to speakup and say what would make this stack be what
you want it to be.
