I just wanted to let you guys know that I'm shifting the focus of my job 
a bit for the upcoming year, and I'll be focusing a lot more on 
globalization issues. Here's a rough overview:

More on this as I figure it out, but I'm going to try to be around here 
a lot more often. I'll pick up on the portal and website issues first.
