That's fine. I agree. I think the issue is dead, actually. There is 
clearly no consensus for a separate list. I'll drop it. I just wanted to

the site will be upgraded (replaced, actually). People have been 
notified and everyone is welcome to participate.

I'd rather not set up a new list here only for a temporary conversation. 
It's difficult enough to publicize it and get people on it. By the time 
that happens, the website conversation will be over and we'll be 
implementing. The Globalization requirements are substantial and well 
represented in the public documents. I think we are all set at this point.

I'll keep pinging this list when necessary. There will be many steps in 
this process since we have to basically replace the site in a series of 
steps while still maintaining normal operations. That will be 
challenging, but that's exactly how we opened Solaris in the first place 
-- in pieces while we still built and shipped a product. :) Should be fun.
