[i18n-discuss] Web site - who is responsible for localisation?

Hi,

yes, each l10n group is responsible for translating a particular language.

If you want to change any string, you need to go to CTI tool and choose 
project: 'OS.org-Registration page'. Before doing any change, I suggest 
to contact a leader of the l10n group in order to inform him/her about 
such change. List of l10n groups & leaders:
