We voted on this yesterday and it was approved unanimously.  I believe 
you will need the help of Derek to do the merger (who is on vacation at 
the moment), but this has cleared the OGB.  It's all merely technical 
details from here on out ... ;-)

(and I imagine this is rather complex for Derek to do, so please be 
patient - this won't happen overnight)
