Going by the dates dropped in a couple of lists about the first
release (october) I presume there is already a team working on
Indiana.

Is better package management system one of the features that will get
delivered as part of the october release?

If so, will it be using the spec file based approach that is currently
being used by the desktop(JDS) group?

When will the development activity be in the open?
