[indiana-discuss] scope

Sun's expectations are that large Linux customers will move first to
the Project Indiana binary distribution built on OpenSolaris, not to
Solaris 10. So I very much endorse the notion that we make Project
Indiana as seamless as possible for people moving from Linux. At some
point in the future, when we rev our commercial Solaris distro to
make it based on Indiana, Sun can decide exactly how to handle the
compatibility with our Solaris 10 install base. But for now, I'm
hoping the community focuses on making it as seamless as possible for
non Solaris users to use OpenSolaris/Indiana.
