Definitely not.  SUNWCmreq contains packages from NWS, SFW, DevPro, Install, NSN, JES
common components, and RE, which is just about all the consolidations that deliver to the WOS
other than the graphics and desktop-related ones.

SUNWCreq and SUNWCrnet are both supersets of SUNWCmreq, at least in terms of consolidations
that deliver packages to them.
