Yes I do know that SMC has been there for some time now. But come on, who
are we kidding, that slow java based app is no match ascii based volume
manager or normal gui based VM. (example: HPUX's sam, which has both
X-windows and ascii based interface). IMHO smc is a mistake.

I have not player with ZFS yet, but intend to in the next couple of weeks.
