There are teams working on projects that will make Indiana what it is
intended to be. For the most part, they were working on those things
well before Ian came along and created this particular project. The
Installation and Packaging community projects are where you'd track the
actual deliverables you seem interested in more directly.

I'll defer to Stephen and Danek and Bart to discuss details, but it is
being opened up as rapidly as possible; a couple of the recent blog
posts I reference below are the start at doing so. Expect to see a
project for the packaging specifically to be proposed in the Install
community soon.
