Hello Anoop,
The IPS is not build environment it is system for delivering packages.
You can't build your packages with IPS.

You can build with another system and using pkgsend you can publish your
package to the IPS server.

I have started a set of presentations (2 from 4) which describest the
process using CBE (Common Build Environment).
