[indiana-discuss] installation in 640 x 480

I am trying to install on a server that can only get 640 x 480 resolution.  When I start the install, I can't see the whole window and I can't move the window in any way, such that I can see the buttons to advance through the install.  Being able to resize the install window, and then scroll through it, I think would fix my issues.
