Blame Plocher - he needed somewhere to post the MP3 internally, so
created a SAC case so he would have a directory to put it in, then
confusingly marked it "approved automatic", so it now shows as such
on:
     http://www.opensolaris.org/os/community/arc/caselog/2007/
