[indiana-discuss] Basic documentation

A few of us talked about Indiana here in Singapore. 

After reading the mailing lists (seems to have a lot of emotions) and problem statement.... it would be good if we document:
1. Time Line
    So we know when the first beta build for people to try, how many builds we will have, final release date, etc.
2. What's In and What's Out for the Oct release.
    Key Functionalities (e.g. suspend) that are In or Out.
    Key Software (e.g. GNOME 2.20) that are In or Out.

There is a presentation coming on 9 and 12 July. So the materials above are probably ready.
