It feels like we're stalled -- or at best, drifting. If I were
"refereeing", FWIW, here's what I'd suggest to keep things moving: Ian
posted a high-quality (no surprise of course) consolidated "what's next"
message. And simlarly, Rich Lowe posted a detailed, equally high-quality
reply (also no surprise). My gut feel is that if we let that particular
sub-thread stall then we're right back to square one.
