... so we'd change the rules to allow other distros to call themselves 
OpenSolaris.  But then we call Indiana: "OpenSolaris".  So any other 
distro that comes up afterwards would look stupid for copying an already 
existing name.

It seems like a workaround to make it seem fair, when in fact it's still 
unfair... no?
