I agree with that too. There might be a happy medium though. I
personally like this idea, or something along these lines:
Collaboratively craft a OpenSolaris referendum about this issue, and then
follow the group voting procedures documented in the constitution. The
result of the vote (if it passed) would stand for The Communities' official
request to Sun for a specific use of the word OpenSolaris.
