the Open Source Initiative....

I would say that I would be "ok" with a change, if and only if the
components were optional (IE: The function it fulfills can be done without
the closed source bits.). Also, any redistribution rights acquired by
OpenSolaris.org apply equally to all OpenSolaris distros.
