thanks for doing that. I assumed that we will have a problem with graphics too. I stumbled already while trying to install Indiana using virt-install. I figured out that pygrub is not smart enough to load microroot and can not cope with the rearranged directory structure in /boot. 

Have you been able to boot Indiana on xVM? How did you do it?
