Okay, so to 1st setup sample/prototype on x86, then clone and adjust it
in order to make it work on SPARC.
Makes sense, one possible way of doing it, although I guess during Scott
McNealy's time it would have been done exactly the other way around ;-)

What is missing? Is somebody already working on the IEEE1275 Forth code
to implement something like "zfsboot" ?
As Ian uses to underline, ZFS is one of OpenSolaris' key strengths. It
should be bootable on all platforms, as there should exist an option
during (whatever) install method permitting to avoid ufs completely.
