I think what we sysadmins want is just / and /export (assuming that /export
is where user data goes). I can't think of any reason why I would want
/usr separate, or /opt or /var.

(I can see why one might be interested in splitting out certain bits of /var,
but only certain bits of it; I'm starting to warm to the suggestion that I
think was made by Mike Gerdts about /var/share .)
