I'm reviewing the current status of vconsole over the weekend.
Wasn't it in the works for almost 2 years?
I would like to know what the stopper is.
Plus I'm aware of the special issues making this a complex matter on SPARC.
Maybe Xorg can be of help there.
Need to investigate.
