[indiana-discuss] Indiana Update

Hey,

In an attempt to tie all the various projects together, I've written up an
Indiana update blog post -

For anyone closely following the great work that the Caiman folks are doing, or
the various progress being made by the Emancipation folks (or any other group)
this isn't new. But I think it's useful, and I'll probably be writing some
update blog posts bi-weekly so that people know what's going on, and adding them
