I don't expect anyone not paid for it to contribute in a full-time manner.
Whatever time you have free after whatever work pays your bills and family
time, sure - but for most people I expect that's on the order of a couple
hours a week, not 40+ hours a week.

weekends, probably many further sexy things like a free car or free foo.

Not that sexy - paycheck, with time off for holidays, vacations, & weekends;
and some training yes. Free cars? Only if you're the CEO, or I think in
some European countries where that's normal.

> I, as outside contributor, really don't ask for a "donation". Just for an underoaid half-time job. Paid 40% of what a Mexican room-cleaner would get. I had staed this again and again. But nobody is listening. I think such a contract would help some more, not only me. Plus Sun would clearly benefit from that, too. I assume many of you cannot even imagine what I'm talking about.

If you've changed your mind since your previous posts of
"I will never accept any paid jobs" then we can go talk to
management.   (I can't promise anything, since I control $0
of Sun's budget, but we can take this off-list and see what's
possible.)
