Unless such a machine also has a frame buffer and keyboard or you're
willing/able to login to it via the network using ssh(1), then I would
say the answer here is not at this time.

If you didn't see the GRUB menu, I would say it's likely the LOM or
perhaps a bad burn of the CD.
