To provide an intuitive user experience right through download, install and 
configuration so that it can get to the environment you want it to be eg. Ruby 
on Rails developer. We're not going to solve the world with a default install, 
but if we can make it a relatively pleasant place to be to enable others to do 
easily useful things with it, then I think we'll be making progress.
