This is just a fix for those who haven't updated any of the packages
on 2008.05 ie. have a vanilla system. There were pretty bad bugs in
pkg so these steps are needed to fix those. If you've installed
additional packages from that base, you *may* need to roll back your
system as mentioned in the release notes. After you've done that,
image-update will get you up to b94.
