[indiana-discuss] os 2008.11: No choice for Territories in install

When going through the install process on the "Locale" screen:

Language  = English
Territory = United States

I can not pick any others territory (i.e. UK).
It seems that you are unable to pick any territory for what ever 
language (you get the default).

Could someone double check it for me.
