I just watched a House episode - #1 I think.   Patient was adopted so
parents had an incomplete family history.   Life imitating art :-)

So...... are you running a 32 bit kernel perhaps ?   vbox ????


If so you will need to create multiple 2GB swap devices and add
them to /etc/vfstab.   All will be well.
