You're running into this problem from the release notes:

In short, your installation ended up in the Linux swap partition.

Reinstalling now that the Solaris 0xbf partition is active should just 
work, but to be on the safe side you may want to set that partition to 
some other type while you install OpenSolaris, then restore it to 0x82.
