[indiana-discuss] IPS distro-import changes needed for X packages for nv_104

These changes in the X packages in Nevada build 104 will need updates
to the IPS distro-import package definitions for X.

As usual, this only lists the changes that need distro-import changes,
the full list of X changes in this build can be seen at:

* 6768734 Update xscreensaver unlock logo for 2008.11

	- In theory, the replacement logo put into SUNWfixes for 2008.11 RC2
	  could now be removed, but history has shown we'll probably be
	  overriding again at the last minute in 2009.04.

* 6770154 Incomplete license in FSWxorg-fonts-ethiopic copyright file
* 6773246 SUNWxorg-mesa package copyright file needs updating
* 6773351 SUNWxorg-docs doesn't need to have all the Xorg server license notices

	- Remove the license file overrides put in place for these
	  packages for the 2008.11 release.

* 6774859 Enable nvidia driver for PCI-E GeForce 6200/6400 GO

	- Add pciex10de,168 to nvidia driver ids in NVDAgraphics.
