The support/ repository is what you get access to under a subscription
plan. See
http://www.sun.com/service/opensolaris/index.jsp
A "fixed 2008.11 kernel" would be a kernel binary built with some set
of source changes relative to the one released with 2008.11. It would
not, for instance, be identical to the Build 106 kernel.
