Preview 2 IpsTool tmp fix.

Download the fix to IpsTool directory and rename ipstool.py replacing original ipstool.py

Please note I have only made a quick fix and have not tested same since I do not have an install of preview 2 nor do I intend to. This was created to assist people who would like to play with preview 2

Update second file in gui directory as above
