It's certainly integrated, but it's not in indiana preview "1".

Nevada b79 has PHP/Apache22/MySQL integrated, and as soon as Indiana is 
updated, you should be able to quickly add both of them. 

David Comay addressed this on the list just the other day, and I've 
attached that reply.
