Incredibly awesome, and motivating, to see your work - hopefully it's proving
inspirational for other community members just starting off.

Firmly agree with what John said though - now is the right time to get more
involved. A lot easier, and more rewarding in my opinion, to join something
that's just starting rather than further down the line.
