As of Wed Jan 30th 2008:

In past I have expressed concerns with the consolidation with Imagine and Sun.
After considerable work it is with sadness that I must break ties with the 
consolidation and return to my roots and make IpsTool the best damn packager
manger for the IPS system. It has been an eye opening experience to try and
get work done on this project.

I hope to get back to a quick update cycle and add features that benefit the
end users. An update will soon arrive for the IPS system and that will break 
IpsTool but fear not it will be fixed asap but QA requires a working server 
and client system to evaluate changes.
