Because one of the few dependencies that SUNWipkg has is on SUNWcsl and
I believe installing the .91 version of SUNWipkg will pull down the .91
version of SUNWcsl which may not be compatible with 2008.05 (circa
build 86.)

That's the primary reason that we've been (re)publishing the latest
version of SUNWipkg under the older release builds.
