[indiana-discuss] Is the 2008.05 iso now based on build 91?

I believe the general idea is that the user should always be able to to 
pkg refresh; pkg image-update and that should just work.
However, when there's a bug in the code that prevents that from working 
(like the timeout issue with the original build 86 code) we offer newer 
timestamps on older versions to allow the user to pull down only the 
updated ipkg code (for example). I believe the idea is that it should be 
rare (once we get ipkg working well) to use the newer timestamp/old 
version feature.
