Although in this particular case pulling in the build 91 stamped
SUNWipkg seems OK, the recommended procedure at this time is to pull
the most recent version for the build you're already running.  Also,
specifying the full timestamp isn't necessary unless the particular
version you're interested in is not the latest.  So in this case, you
could have simply typed

 	$ pfexec pkg install SUNWipkg at 0.5.11-0.86

As Shawn mentioned, there's work being done to improve this.  In the
future, we expect a way for users to be notified automatically when
updates are available so they don't need to work about the CLI or
whether or not they have the most recent version of a particular
package from a build.
