I don't know.  There was a list of package sizes when the iso design was being formulated though.  Off the top of my head there is Evolution and Thunderbird.  

Not to mention the extra languages which aren't needed in most areas, so a run of CDs for western universities could be made with only english+french+spanish, while a run for china could be only etc+etc+etc.
